Today’s card is a fun and simple card I made using the retired Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I then cut a square from the Stitched Shapes #152323 Dies to create the snowman face using the now retired Work of Art stamp set. I used the retired Holly punch to add some color and a ribbon scarf.

Today’s cards focuses on some of my favorite products from the Stampin Up occasions catalog that are retiring too soon in my humble opinion. The background is created using 2 patterns of DSP from the Cupcakes and Carousels DSP Paper stack #142744. The tshirts are stamped using the Custom Tee #142916 stamp set and then cut out using the T-shirt Builder Framelits #142754. The middle T shirt and the swoosh behind the sentiment were done using the Baby Wipe Technique and the Tie Dyed #143008 and the Work of Art #134111 stamp sets.
The new Stampin Up In color Emerald Envy is the perfect green for the classic John Deere tractor. So once again, Cammie pulled through with the perfect masculine birthday card for all John Deere lovers. She used the collection of painted swatches, swaths, strokes and shapes from Stampin Up Work of Art #134111 stamp set for the tractor base. For the wheels she added the the wheels cut using the SStampin Up Swirly Scribbles Thinlits #141497. To complete this classic birthday card, Cammie added the sentiment from the Guy Greetings stamp set #137178.
All aboard the creative train! Today’s card takes stamping to an all new level. Cammie loves to use stamp sets in ways they were not intended. This creative train uses 3 Stampin Up stamp sets and showcases the new Dapper Denim In color ink. For the Train base Cammie used the Work of Art stamp set #134111. For the wheels she used the Balloon Celebration #134111 and the Work of Art. After stamping the wheel images, she used punches that fit. For the sentiment she used the One Wild Ride #141721.
What came first? The chicken or the egg. Today I am posting 2 of my Easter designs- one egg and 1 chicken. For the egg, I used the Stampin Up Ovals Collection Framelits #129381 to cut a hole in the top layer that I textured using the Dots (retired) Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Underneath I used the swish from the Stampin Up Work of Art #134111 stamp set in a palette of subtle inks. I added some coordinating flowers punched using the Petite Petals #133322, Itty Bitty Accents and the Bird Builder #117191 punches. The sentiment is from The Greatest Greetings #140703 stamp set.
For my 2nd card, I used the fabulous Wild Flower Fields DSP (no longer available) from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration. For the egg, I used a small oval from the Ovals Collection Framelits #129381 and stamped the chevron image from the Work of Art #134111 stamp set. For the chick I used the Honeycomb Happiness (retired) stamp set then colored and cut him out to tuck behind the cracked egg. I added the sentiment from the Honeycomb Happiness and cut into a banner. This card just made me happy.
Happy St.Patrick’ Day! Today’s birthday card is full of luck. Cammie used the Stampin Up Work of Art #134111 stamp set to make the rainbow. For the Shamrock she stamped the heart image 4 times in Garden green, free handed the stem and then cut it out.
Today’s beautiful and timely birthday post is one of Cammie’s scenic cards featuring her brayering and sponging skills. She started by texturing the Old Olive layer with the now retired Spring Flowers #137365 Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This TIEF is retired but it still available on the Stampin Up Clearance Rack. For the main panel, Cammie edged the corners of the soft sky cardstock with the all new Curvy Corner Trio punch #139683 and then went to town designing her landscape. She sponged the grassy meadow and added the trees using the now retired Wonderland stampset. For the rainbow she used the swipe image from the Work of Art #134111 stamp set. For the sentiment Cammie combined several stamps including the Stampin Up Over the Rainbow #138770 stamp set.
Today’s birthday post just makes my heart happy and puts a smile on my face. Cammie did a fantastic job making this beautiful collage. She started with a piece of whisper white cardstock and randomly sponged a rainbow of colors on the cardstock. She then randomly stamped the sentiment from the Work of Art #134111 stamp set. She then layered the rainbow words from the Over the Rainbow #138770.and colored in the letters. To finish the card, Cammie added the Work of Art Sentiment and cropped it with the Ovals Framelits#129381 and a wee heart punched from the Hearts Border Framelits #133784.
This card is an example of extreme layering using stamps and inks rather than papers. Love the collage look. Cammie used the same technique using a different sentiment from the Over the Rainbow stamp set.
I have loved the Stampin Up Work of Art #134111 stamp set since I got it last year when the 2014-2015 Stampin Up annual catalog went on sale last summer. I have used the heck out of the set and am so happy with the snow man card I made today.
It has been bitter cold in Ohio this past week so creating something so cute really helped warm me up!
Happy Thanksgiving eve. Today’s post is a triple card Post using the using the Mingle All the Way Stamp #135773 set from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. For the first card, Cammie used the Filigree Frames textured Impressions Folder #135818 on the Eggplant background. For the Panel, Cammie used the Work of Art #134114 stampset from the Stampin Up annual catalog. She added a pile of leaves cut from DSP and cardstock and a retired leaves die.
For the 2nd card, Cammie once again used the Mingle all the way sentiment but this time created a very artistic-like turkey from the wide oval punch that is textured with the Zig Zag #133738 folder. She hand cut many banners to create the tail.
For the 3rd card, I used the Color Me Autumn DSP #135820 from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog. I then stuffed the card with layers of cardstock, burlap ribbon and fall accents cut from a retired Stampin Up bigshot die.
I hope your Thanksgiving is stuffed to the brim with food, family and fun.
